convenient airport rest
excellent staff helpful staff hot shower
prithvi at terminal 3 (b gates) helped rearrange checkin start times. he even called terminal a to coordinate my reservations. pauline, prithvi's replacement, was also very helpful and thorough. terminal 3, b offered a hot shower for $20 usd with free soap and a towel.
the location was noisy, and i saw people washing their feet in the bathroom sinks when i needed to brush my teeth. the prayer call at 5am was extra loud. it was really unnecessary in a sleep pod!!

The area is within the airport, and it was easy to find. the place is next to gate a1. this means a long trip from terminal b. There are no toilets or water points within the area.

my sleep and fly flexi suite was comfortable and soundproof. the pods in terminal a did not eliminate ambient sounds. normal sounds of guests checking in or out of neighboring pods at terminal a may disturb light sleepers.

i found a good area near the public toilets and the food court. terminal 3, b's location also offered an on-premise hot shower. i got free soap and towel service there!!!

An okay spot for a layover
friendly staff convenient location cozy room noisy atmosphere narrow bed limited space
The staff was very friendly. The location is REALLY convenient inside the terminal. I found the little room clean and quite cozy.
It was somewhat noisy. I could hear other guests. The bed was quite narrow, I think. There was not MUCH space for my belongings.

convenient location easy access polite staff small duvet cramped space inconvenient toilet
The location inside the terminal was really convenient. I had easy access to my next flight , so that was a win. I was glad the staff was very polite , so the service met expectations. The room provided was good , security was good too.
I found the duvet to be too small , it barely covered me. The space felt cramped , it was hard to move around comfortably. Access to a toilet and shower required leaving the complex , that was inconvenient.

charging points professional staff convenient location
the pod had charging points and space to store my rucksack under the bed. staff was professional and the pod was very clean. i slept well there. the location gave me quick access to my next gate.
i noticed you cannot lock the door when leaving the room to use the bathroom.

great service airport convenience bag collection
the staff was HELPFUL, thank you for a great service. i liked the convenience of resting in the airport. there was no need to collect my bags, and that was VERY convenient.
the walls were not soundproof. Even a little cough was easily heard.
